Shipping live animals is a responsibility, not a loophole. Every order we send is covered by the same guarantee we've always offered: your shrimp arrive alive and healthy, or we make it right — replacement or full refund of the affected livestock, your choice.

How we ship

Shrimp travel in breather bags with plenty of water and a biofilm surface to graze, inside insulated packaging designed for UK weather. We ship tracked next-day services only, early in the week, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend. In extreme heat or cold we'll hold your order and tell you — a few days' wait beats a lost colony.

If something goes wrong

Photograph the unopened bag(s) within two hours of delivery and send the photos with your order number via the contact page. That's the whole process. We'll sort a replacement or refund straight away.
